This Is Theo!

Dog sitting took over our lives last week. Theo, my friends chocolate pomeranian, came to visit while his parents moved this week. This is Theo…..

At this point, 10 pm, Theo was wiped out, zonked, ready for bed. Did I tell you he’s a puppy? I forgot what puppies do. They randomly pee and poop, they chew on everything, they cry, they wake up early in the morning, but they’re so damn cute you get past all that bad stuff! And by the way, he only let me hold him like this because he was so dead tired. We did our best to keep him awake at night to ensure a good nights’ sleep.

Our dog, Kacey, tolerated him. By late night she would lay near him, but during the day she seemed constantly bothered. She is a whopping 13 years old, so imagine your 90 year old grandmother hanging out with your 2 year old for a few days!

Theo went home today so things are back to quiet. I always think in my next life I want to come back as a puppy. It’s a pretty good world!

Hi, I hadn’t been able to stop by in a while….I always find so much to enjoy on your blog……like this! Isn’t it just amazing what they can get away with with thoses faces!? I lost my precious Pug of 12 yrs. a few months back & while I can’t look at a Pug without crying, I just know I could fall in love with a Pom really easy! If only my ducks would agree! LOL Your’s look lovely as always! You know, my son ( my 39 yr.old son!) always says that ke can’t help but think when he looks at the ducks…..”where’s their hands?” Now I look at them & can see what he means..especially when they “stand up” to to “shake off” .They do look like they’re missing some arms or hands or something……..oh well, maybe it’s my meds…..anyhow, I so enjoy your blog….and my son got out his BB gun my Dad gave him……why in the world they are so fasinated with BBguns?!
